Half a mile from the charming village of Fethard-on- sea on the Hook Peninsula in an area recognised as the sunniest corner of Ireland is this wonderful annexe with separate entrance. It has a fitted kitchen and three bedrooms. The first floor sitting room has a balcony taking full advantage of the uninterrupted sea views. There are 2 beaches within a 5 minute walk away and the village itself boasts several good pubs, restaurants and takeaways, where you can pick up WiFi. A trip to the famed Hook lighthouse is a15 minute drive and well worth the trip.

Fethard on Sea is a great location for visiting the famous towns of Wexford, Waterford ,Clonmel and the beautiful medieval city of Kilkenny.
The Hook Peninsula has an abundance of beaches and picturesque harbours and is ideal for walkers and bird watchers. This scenic area boasts many attractions including the Hook Lighthouse, Tintern Abbey, Dunbrody Famine Ship, JFK Arboretum and Kilmakee Gardens. A visit to Waterford via the Ballyhack car ferry is highly recommended.
~ The local Kayaking Club operates all summer long on Baginbun Beach, it offers kayaks for hire and full instructions for children and adults, and caves exploration.
~ Hook lighthouse has a nice cafe and a play area for the children, Also the famous haunted house Loftus Hall is a fun place to visit, it is on the way to the Hook Lighthouse.
~ There are famous abbeys to spend time exploring, Tintern Abbey, with the delightful walled gardens, Dunbrody Abbey, also Johnstown Castle on the way into Wexford Town. It is a twenty minute drive to the lovely Kennedy Park Arboretum.
