Right next to the beach you will find pubs, cafe, restaurants, takeaways, local shop and the fort.
Duncannon Fort was built in 1588 in the expectation of an attack on the area by the Spanish Armada. Day tours available and an annual Military re-enactment takes place every June bank holiday weekend. Art Gallery, craft shops and tea rooms on site.
