Situated in Dunhill, five miles from Tramore town and ten miles from Waterford City. This 100-year old, newly renovated bungalow is clean and bright, offering free Wi-Fi for guests and wonderful views over the Valley and River Anne. Only a short walk in to the traditionally Irish village for essentials and only twenty-five minutes' drive from Waterford City, the oldest city in Ireland. Renowned for it's Crystal, Waterford is also brimming with history, culture and experiences for everyone to enjoy. There are many walks nearby, golf clubs and shopping centres in Waterford.

Dunhill has a family run pub, village shop, church and valley walking route. The nearest restaurant is open at weekends Friday - Sunday. Outside of this, the nearest town is Tramore.
Tramore is a seaside town with much to offer everyone. There are large supermarkets such as Tesco and Lidl, pharmacies, banks, amusements and many dining options.
~ On Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays you can catch a bus from Dunhill into Waterford City.
~ The Anne Valley Walk in Dunhill follows the River Anne through forest and marshland and a gravel track leading to Dunhill Castle. There are fine views throughout the walk with protected species of flora and fauna.
~ Dunhill Castle, castle ruins dating back from around the 1200's. Admission is free and there is on-site parking, however the site is not suitable for those with mobility issues.
~ Waterford Golf Club, 18 hole parkland course on the out skirts of Waterford City. Visitors are welcome, green fees apply as does a neat dress code. Practice facilities and clubhouse on-site.
~ Close to the Waterford Greenway, a scenic cycle/footpath following the route of the old railway between Waterford and Dungarvan. The nearest access is Killoteran car park (15 min) or Kilmacthomas (20 min) and bikes can be hired at the Waterford and Dungarvan ends or at Kilmacthomas in the middle.
~ Situated within an hours drive of the Comeragh and Knockmealdown mountains and their fabulous scenery. A short, easy walk to the Mahon falls from the car park above Kilmacthomas (25 min) should not be missed with spectacular views towards the coast. The mediaeval city of Lismore is 55 min away with its impressive castle and a short drive from there takes you to the 'Vee', a mountain pass with spectacular views both north and south with more adventurous walking available. Mountain hiking trails can also be found above Ballymacarbary along the beautiful Nire valley (1 hour away).
~ Other places of interest include: Cahir, with its picturesque castle, the pretty coastal town of Dungarvan and the fishing village of Dunmore East with its working harbour (where you can buy fresh fish), activity centre and attractive beaches. A trip on the Passage East ferry takes you to Hook Head with many historical sites, sandy beaches and the second oldest working lighthouse in the world. Further afield is the Rock of Cashel (80 min), Ireland's premier ancient monument, and Cork which can be reached in an hour and a half.
~ Some of the best river fishing in Ireland is available within an hour's drive on the river Blackwater, or more locally on the river Suir. Fishing is also possible on lakes within the Tramore area and sea fishing charters are available at Dunmore East or Dungarvan. There is also good shore fishing to be had on local beaches and the surrounding rocks.
