A stunning location just 7 miles from the seaside town of Tramore and 14 miles from Waterford City. This delightful annexe to the owners home is private with separate entrance and comfortable furnishings. It enjoys fabulous sea views from most rooms, free Wi-Fi and wheelchair accessibility (not certified). There are two ponds in the shared grounds. Nearby is the Waterford Greenway cycle route, Tramore surf beach and Waterford City home to the famous Waterford crystal.

Property is wheelchair friendly but not certified. There is a ramp available to cover the steps into the property and there is a 1" rim on the framework of the shower.
The property is located in the small village of Annestown, a collection of 25 houses. It is a popular destination for surfers but only when there are large swells and waves as the cove has very shallow water. The village is also home to Seaview Celtic F.C. which is a small youth football club.
Take a drive along the spectacular coastline, taking in the picturesque villages of Dunmore East, Dungarvan and Ardmore. The Property is only a 20 minute drive away from Greenway.
The coast is a maze of spectacular sea cliffs, beaches, and coves.
Visit the popular resort town of Tramore, (7 miles) with its golden sandy beaches and amusement parks and Splashworld an indoor water extravaganza. The town is also home to Tramore Racecourse and for the more adventurous, T-Bay Surf Club, home to Irelands oldest surf club and premier surf school. There is a variety of dining options from pubs, restaurants and takeaways.
Tramore Golf Club, a 18 hole Championship course, one of the oldest clubs in Ireland or visit Newtown Golf Practice Range with all weather floodlit bays.
Visit Waterford City, the oldest city in Ireland, with its vibrant atmosphere combining heritage and culture with modern shops and highly acclaimed restaurants. The world famous Waterford Crystal Visitor Centre is a must see.

The Waterford Greenway in Co Waterford follows a spectacular old railway route that starts in Waterford city, crosses towering viaducts and sea-girded causeways and passes through Victorian tunnels to reach the coast at Dungarvan, a 45 kilometre-long glorious rural route. The whole route will be opened soon, but the final 10km of the route, from the hamlet of Durrow to the county town of Dungarvan, has been recently opened, and gives an idea of what the Deise Greenway has to offer.
