It is very comfortable and nicely decorated with a brick-clad open fire, which adds to the character of the cottage and internet access is by pay-as-you-go dongle. The orchard provides a tranquil area to relax in. Within a twenty minute drive is Strandhill, noted for golf and surfing, whilst Sligo town has a variety of shops, pubs, restuaruants and a host of annual festivals.
