There is a warm home-from-home feel to this cosy cottage with its pine ceiling, comfy furnishings and welcoming open fire. There are a number of beautiful loughs in County Roscommon with wonderful opportunities for fishing. The Lung River Valley lies practically on your doorstep with Lough Key Forest Park, Strokestown Park House and the beaches of Sligo all within an hours drive. This is the perfect base for touring the west coast of Ireland.

Ballaghaderreen town has plenty of lively pubs and good restaurants, there are also a couple of banks in the town centre and three local pharmacies.
