This annual registration fee is only payable upon receiving a minimum number of bookings.
 
ADVANCE PAYMENTS: You will enjoy payment in advance of your booking. You will be paid on the 1st of the month for any holidays taken that month i.e. for any bookings taken in July you will receive full payment on the 1st of July. Payment is made by direct transfer into your bank account. Payments can also be made by cheque.
 
CANCELLATION PAYMENTS: If a holidaymaker cancels within eight weeks of arrival date then you will get payment in accordance to the cancellation terms – this is unique to Imagine Ireland as most agents do not offer cancellation terms.

PARTNERSHIP & RESPECT: Imagine Ireland works in partnership with all its owners. Owners are treated with respect at all times. Imagine Ireland works with you to resolve any issues or concerns. That's one reason why many of our owners have been with us the 11 years we are in operation.
 
OWNER BOOKINGS: Imagine Ireland understand that your holiday home is for your own enjoyment, to share with friends and your own holidaymakers. All we ask is that you inform us of your “owner bookings” as only then can we offer accurate and up-to-date availability on our website and in-house reservation system.

IMMEDIATE COMMUNICATION: On receipt of a confirmed booking Imagine Ireland will alert you immediately by texting to your mobile phone the dates of the booking and the name of the party. A confirmation via Email or Post will follow which will outline the numbers in the party, the beds to be made up and the transportation arrangements if the holidaymakers are travelling by ferry.

MONTHLY COMMUNICATION: On a monthly basis you will receive an Arrivals Report outlining all bookings taken on your property including your own "owner bookings". A statement of payments will also be included if you are due payment that month. You will receive a Monthly Newsletter and Annually you will receive a booking planner to help you keep track of your bookings.

Each year the number of holiday makers researching and buying their holiday online increases that's why we focus on Internet marketing. Your property will be marketed through PPC - paid search (Google, Yahoo, MSN) and SEO (organic search), as well as on affiliate sites such as daft, and holiday lettings. But not everyone is a fan of the web that is why we also promote our properties to our database of over 200,000 Imagine Ireland customers using brochures, supplements and direct mailings.
