This wonderful character cottage is located on the border of Mayo and Sligo just 4.5 miles from both Ballina town and Enniscrone seaside resort. This charming cottage offers a traditional layout inside with a comfortable living area, a basic kitchen and a shower room off the kitchen. Bedrooms are cosy and the garden is large and well kept. It is an ideal base to tour the beautiful scerney of the Wild Atlantic Way. A must see are the Ceide fields, Achill Island and Belmullet. Nearby Enniscrone is famous for its seaweed baths, 18 hole links golf course and wonderful blue flag beach, whilst the River Moy flows through the town of Ballina offering a wide variety of Angling.

Ballina is just 4.5 miles from the property and has a number of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as several local pharmacies and banks.
The River Moy which flows through the town is Ireland's premier Salmon river and offers a wide variety of angling. There is also an annual Salmon Festival held in Ballina in July.

Enniscrone is a lively seaside resort nearby with lively pubs and restaurants or why not pamper yourself with a hot seaweed bath.
The popular towns of Westport, Belmullet and Sligo are all approximately 1hr from the property.
