Waterville, Ballinskelligs and the lively town of Cahersiveen are all close by and being on the Ring of Kerry route, the delights of Killarney, Kenmare and Killorglin are all easily accessible. Take a sea fishing trip or a look at the Skellig Islands, play golf, enjoy a wonderful taste of the west coast of Ireland and enjoy views of the Atlantic at the same time. A wonderful house for reunions, families, get-togethers and groups, and a location you will never forget.
With a view and garden area of immense proportion, this is a home of complete freedom. The unusual interior layout has been purposely designed to accommodate the views, and does so very well. The quality and standard of furnishing and fittings are exceptional and is inviting with its pine sweeping staircase as you enter it. Although only one mile from Waterville town, there is a peacefulness about the surroundings and the beach is only a short walk down a country road.
The area is full of outdoor delights, and the Irish welcome is abundant in the quaint seaside town, which is on the coastal road so a very pleasant drive. Further afield, the Skelligs in one direction and the fishing village of Portmagee and the lively and bustling village of Sneem in the other, all take in the sights of the southern Ring of Kerry and are an absolute treat for those who wish to see breathtaking sights of Ireland and a wealth of natural beauty.
