This lovely house is located just minutes from Tralee town centre, 20 miles from Killarney and 31.5 miles from Dingle. The home enjoys open plan spacious living areas, a cosy open fire in the lounge area and a large fully enclosed garden to the rear. Tralee is home to the Rose of Tralee and the gateway to the wonderful Dingle peninsula. A choice of entertainment is on offer from theatre and cinema to the popular aquadome swim world. The owner occasionally stays in the apartment which is attached to the property and has a separate entrance.

- Tralee, Killarney and Listowel racecourses are within driving distance of the house.
There are festival meetings in Killarney in July and the famous Harvest meeting at Listowel is from September 14 - 20.
- Walking enthusiasts can explore the surrounding local area or heading further afield Killarney National park is 30 miles away and is a great day out.

As well as the selection of the Rose of Tralee the festival also includes street entertainment, carnival, live concerts, theatre, circus, markets, funfair, fireworks and the internationally renowned Rose Parade.
