Beaufort is a small village with a shop, 2 bars with restaurants.
Killorglin is a lively town with many shops, pubs and restaurants. There is a post office, Spar and Aldi supermarkets and a handful of bank's and ATM's.
Killarney is a vibrant town with many shops, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and a hospital. Excellent dining, shopping, bicycle rentals, and horse drawn carriage rides to Muckross House. A variety of nearby activities await, whether you prefer Irish Music, pubs, golfing, sailing, windsurfing, shooting, horse riding, hill walking, climbing, diving or fishing.
The bungalow is on a working and visitor farm with lots of attractions for the family including a wide range of animals and birds. Babe the potbellied pig and the farm's border collies form part of the welcoming party for visitors. The farm is also home to a pedigree herd of rare breed native Kerry cows. It sits at the entrance to the 12th century historic Ballymalis castle, a must visit attraction.
