This delightful bungalow is on a spacious open plan residential development of eighteen bungalows with on site Tennis court - please bring racquets and ball. Inside is tastefully furnished throughout with an open plan design and three bedrooms, one ensuite. The sliding doors of the kitchen open onto the patio area where you can enjoy breakfast looking out towards the sea. A walk of half a mile will take you into the village which enjoys a long, sandy beach and playground.

Ballyheigue has a Centra supermarket and Post Office, a butchers, hairdressers, bookmakers, pharmacy and doctors practice. There are also 5 pubs and a number of restaurants and take away food shops.
Tralee has a great enterntainment and nightlife scene with some of the best traditional pubs Ireland has to offer as well as numerous fresh fish restaurants, steakhouses, bistros and cafes. There is a local Garda station, hospital, fire brigade, pharmacy and doctors surgery as well as a number of supermarkets and petrol stations including Tesco, Supervalu, Lidl and Aldi.
Ballyheigue beach is the start of 7 miles of breathtaking white sands and clear waters running all the way down past Banna Beach, great for walking, swimming, fishing and surfing. Ballyheigue along with nearby Fenit and Banna Beaches were awarded blue flag status in 2017 and are perfect for families of all ages.
Ballyheigue village is within easy driving distance from Dingle and Killarney and the world famous Ring of Kerry. Kerry airport is about half an hours drive and Cork and Shannon airpoets accessible in around 2 hours.
The village boats huge amounts of history, Ballyheigue castle was built in 1812 and burnt down in 1921, a wing of the castle was recently restored and the grounds are now a 9 hole golf course.
Visit the spectacular Ring of Kerry and pass through the breathtaking Killarney National Park, the amazing route attracts visitors from all across the world and can be driven, hiked or cycled.
Tralee has a famous farmers market every Saturday with stalls selling local produce, seafood and crafts.
The Aqua Dome in Tralee is one of Irelands Largest Indoor Waterworld's. It is open all year round and is full of attractions, slides and pools for all ages, swimmers and non- swimmers.
