Situated in Rossaveal, 4 miles from Carraroe and 23 miles from the cosmopolitian city of Galway. This traditionally furnished home is cosy and comfortable with old style charm. It enjoys free WiFi and a lovely garden and is within walking distance of the village. Carraroe is four miles, a gaeltacht speaking area with a wonderful coral beach. The surrounding area enjoys views of the Twelve Bens Mountains and Galway Bay. Rossaveal is the port for the Aran islands and it is ideal base for touring Connemara or a day trip into Galway City.

Rossaveal is a small village with a Spar, a pub and a restaurant.
Carraroe is a larger village with two shops including EuroSpar, two pubs, a restaurant and a cafe.
Spiddal is also a large village with a small variety of shops and restaurants, a pharmacy, a medical centre, a cafe, and an AIB bank.
~ Rossaveal is the main ferry port for the Aran Islands and booking is advance is recommended. The Aran Islands are beautifully formed, guarding the mouth of Galway Bay.
~ Galway Fishing Charters sail from Rossaveal with day and evening trips for up to 12 people. Fish for shark, ray, pollock and much more!
~ Carraroe's Blue Flag Beach, Tra an D*il*n is only four miles away and is renowed for its white coral and clear waters.
