Lough Corrib provides excellent fishing, especially in the Duckfly and Mayfly seasons and the owner is on hand to offer advice and expertise. The local attractions include the historic village of Cong, Connemara National Park and vibrant Galway City.

Cornamona 1.6 miles away has a pub and a shop whereas the larger villages of Clonbur (4.4 miles) and Cong (6.75 miles) have a larger selection of pubs and restaurants.
~ Situated next to the famous Lough Corrib, perfect for fishing wild brown trout fishing especially during the Duckfly (Mid March/April) and Mayfly (May/June) season. Also famous for the Connemara Salmon and sea trout fisheries such as the Erris, The Delthi, Kylemore and Lough Inagh. Only a short walk away it's ideally located for fishing and the owner himself is an avid fisherman who is on hand to give any advice!
~ The nearby village of Cong (6.75 miles) is well worth a visit and is famed as the setting for the John Wayne movie, 'The Quiet Man'. Not to mention home to Ashford Castle with its magnificent architecture, fine dining and sprawling golf course.
