Recently renovated, this beautifully well presented home stands on a private estate with modern features and all mod-cons including a Wii games console and free Wi-Fi for holidaymakers to use. With a playground on site for all children on the estate, the children will always be entertained and there are many golfing opportunites in the area for the adults.

~ Unfortunately due to allergy-issues, cats are not allowed. (Well-behaved) dogs and other pets are very welcome.
Ballyboughal village has a shop, pub, cafe, restaurant, takeaway, church and hairdressers.
Dublin Castle: The State Apartments (occasionally used for State purposes), Medieval Undercroft and Chapel Royal are open to visitors. 'The Dubhlinn Tearooms' in the State Apartments are open from Monday to Sunday throughout the year. The castle is open daily from Monday-Sunday, except for Christmas and New Year.
Swords Open Golf Course: 18 hole course only a short drive away with a clubhouse and pro-shop on site.
~ There are many golf courses in the surrounding areas including Portmanock Golf Links.
National Botanic Gardens: Also houses a museum with a collection of plants, a cafe, lecture theatre and education and visitor centre. Tours are available, booking in advance not necessary but advisable.
Fairyhouse Racecourse: Only 12 miles away, the home of the Irish Grand National and many other meets throughout the year.
Br* na B*inne: In Co. Meath, located in a bend of the River Boyne. It contains one of the world's most important prehistoric landscapes dating from the Neolithic period, including the large Megalithic passage graves of Knowth, Newgrange and Dowth as well as some 90 additional monuments.
Dublin hosts many activities and tourist attractions including Guinness Hop House, James Distillery and many shopping opportunities.
To reach further areas, you can get a Nifti bus from Ballyboughal to Swords, and from Swords to Dublin.
These are many beaches along the Dublin coastline including Malahide Beach, Portmarnock Beach, Claremont Beach and many more.
