Situated on the Donegal road, 3.5 miles (6.7km) from the village of Pettigo, this 200 year old restored game keepers lodge is welcoming and inviting with an open fire in the lounge and plenty of outside space. Only 8 miles from the Wild Atlantic Way, Pettigo offers a small selection of pubs, some with bar food and is located along the Ulster Way walking route. West takes you to Donegal town and the fabulous beaches at Murvagh and Rossnowlagh just off the Wild Atlantic Way, where you can also golf and shop for crafts. South takes you to Enniskillen and Belleek and of course the expansive Lough Erne where you can fish or try water sports.

**There are some old, unused farm sheds to the rear of the property. Please take care with small children.

This is a great base to tour Donegal and Northern Ireland being close to the Wild Atlantic Way. Pettigo is a small border village situated between counties Fermanagh and Donegal. It is located on the Ulster way and so is an ideal spot for walkers. There is an abundance of lakes, rivers, forestry and boglands in the area and it is and area of special interest to the nature enthusiast.

The area is great for outdoor enthusiasts also with walks, cycling routes, pony trekking and plenty of fishing lakes with Lough Erne and Lough Derg both close by. There are over 50 lakes with stocks of salmon sand brown trout. Permits and advice are available from the local pub.
Enniskillen is only 20 miles away and is a great shopping town and also has some good pubs and restaurants. You can use sterling or Euros in Enniskillen!
Donegal town is a popular tourist spot and has a good selection of pubs and restaurants. You can take trips from the harbour here to go deep sea fishing or seal watching. There is also a local farmer's market.
Rossnowlagh is a renowned surf beach and you can drive your car straight on to it.
The Wild Atlantic Way is accessible from the property.
