The wonderful Greenway cycle path is at the front of the house along with stunning views of the estuary!
There are many attractions and activities for visitors to the area, nearby you can get involved with the traditional musicians at the Tavern, if its golf your interested in the local golf course is situated within 3 miles of the cottage, for the horse enthusiast, why not take a ten minute drive to Ardara and pony trek across the beautiful sandy beaches, stopping off for delicious food at the Highlands Hotel. Glenties boasts magnificent views of the glens and is an ideal destination for avid hill walking, check out the Blue Stack Mountains and Mount Errigal. The larger Market Town of Letterkenny is a 40 minute drive and here you can visit Glenveagh National Park (a must see) and do lots of retail therapy! The local people love to invite visitors to the area and are very friendly and welcoming.
