Blue Stack Mountains or Croaghgorms: unspoilt and rugged terrain just north of Donegal town with many little lakes and streams
Donegal Town Waterbus: a great way to view the beautiful scenery of Donegal Bay. Situated at the quay in Donegal Town, the boat has its own bar which serves alcohol and soft drinks. Three trips a day of around an hour and a half in peak season. Tickets available from the Tourist office beside the quay.
Murvagh beach: beautiful expanse of sandy beach just 6.5 miles south of the property
