This is a great base for fishing, walking and within driving distance of many blue flag beaches.

Cloghan is a small rural village located in central Donegal. It is one of the best places in Ireland for wild salmon and trout fishing with the Rivers Finn and Reelin plus around 20 loughs.
The village has a post office, grocery store, fuel station and tea room.
The nearby town of Ballybofey has a number of pubs and restaurants, McEllhinneys department store, a Supervalu and Lidl supermarket, post office and butchers shop.
Visit Glenveagh National Park, the 2nd largest National Park in Ireland. The park and visitor centre is open all year round and entry to the park is free of charge. There is a bus that runs daily around the park and is payable locally. Why not visit Glenveagh Castle while you're there too!
Letterkenny Golf Club, 16 miles from the property, is located on the banks of the Swilly Estuary with magnificent lakes and mature trees, the course is a fine test of golf for any level of Golfer.
The Blue Stack Mountains are a massive touriust attraction for many. Whether you chose to drive, hike or cycle parts of the range they are sure not to disappoint. The highest mountain in the range is Croaghgorm, which is 674 metres high.
For rainy days why not take the family to the Aurora Leisure Centre in Letterkenny, 10 miles from the property. It is open 7 days a week and has a 25m swimming pool plus separate kids pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, gym and sports hall.
