Lowry family, April 2019
This was probably our 5th time in this cottage. The host has thought of everything. We lover the taste in decor and ambience. If you want to relax and recharge your batteries this is for you. It's heaven on earth!

Mahy family, February 2019
The property was located in a sublime spot, isolated, just as we wanted, yet not too far away from the lovely town of Ballycastle. Very nicely decorated, wonderful view of the sea and Rathlin Island

The Hope Family, September 2018
WOW! What a gem this cottage is! We honestly felt spoiled by how nice this place is, and by the amazing views. Waking up every morning to the sound of crashing waves and the view of the water and Ballycastle. What more could we ask for? The weather was perfect, comfy beds* and once again amazing views. We took drives around the surronding areas ad we loved every minute of it. Saw Dark Hedges, Giants Causeway, Carrick-A-Rede bridge, and we ventured as far as Belfast to see the Titanic museum and the SS Nomadic. But after all that we were happy to come back to the cottage and rest and take in the Ballycastle breeze. We felt sad to have to leave but we for sure know we will be back. Our new favourite spot is right here!

The Winn Family, August 2018
Thank you for letting us stay here. What a relaxing and wonderful evocative location. It was great to catch the last days of summer here - sun and heavy showers all week but still so much nature to soak up and enjoy ! We will try and return another time!

The Smith Family, August 2018
Had a wonderful week. Our second year staying here. We love waking up to the sound of the sea. We did a very enjoyable walk from the rope bridge to White Park bay and visited the red door cafe a couple of times. Ballymoney is an excellent place to catch the train to either Derry or Belfast.

Jane and Family, July 2018
What a lovely, relaxing place after the hubbub and heat of London. The sound of the waves and the oyste rcatchers - what could be a better background noise! There is much to see and do around here but equally how lovely to be able to soak up the beauty and atmosphere of the cottageand its stunning location. The light is so beautiful here - whatever the weather. Thank you!

Nash party, July 2018
Delightful! Beautiful, peaceful setting. Lovely, comfortable accomodation. Welcoming and friendly host. What's not to love..

The Johnston Family, July 2018
We have had a wonderful stay in your beautiful cottage. Thew views are amazing and we feel we have only scratched the surface of what Antrim has to offer. I guess its always good to leave wanting more*

Dianne and Family, July 2018
Thank you for allowing us the pleasure of your gorgeous cottage. The views and sound of the sea were exactly what was needed to expel the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We managed to fit in several sights and coffee shops, the favourite definetley being Ballintoy harbour. We will certainly recommend to friends and family.

The Ryan Family, July 2018
Thank you for letting us use the house for a week, it was very comfortable.

John and Family, June 2018
Thank you so much! Although it is our second time staying, we are still astounded by the incredible view* Our Highlighs; Grants Causeway, Carrick-a-rede, The Beach, Portstewart, Rathlin Island
Ballycastle is beautiful and we will definetley be back for a third time!

The Fulton Family, June 2018
We had a very enjoyable week. Thoroughly enjoyed the cottage and beautiful Antrim scenery. Of course the weather played a big part of that.

Lowry Family, March 2018
Shushh, don't tell anyone, this place is heaven

The Spencer Group, September 2017
We would wholeheartedly recommend this property for its absolutely superb location, quality of fittings and standard of cleanliness. Northern Ireland is a wonderful place to visit, everyone is so friendly and welcoming and Carrickmore Cottage is the perfect location from which to enjoy it.

Mr and Mrs Rychter, September 2017
This was the best holiday we have ever had. Northern Ireland is breathtakingly beautiful and the Irish folks are so friendly and welcomng. The cottage is exemplary in every way from location to the beautiful interior. Denise has not forgotten a thing, even down to a box of sticking plasters. The cottage is furnished to a very high standard and spotlessly clean. The views are stunning from every window and falling alseep to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach was brilliant. This cottage wraps you up in a big cosy hug and we could have stayed there forever.

George, Sonya, Ursula, Ryan, Bethany, April 2017
This is our 3rd visit here. We had a fantastic time in a beautiful house. The views are simply stunning. We spent house just watching the wave's crash onto the rocks. Who needs a TV when there is so much to do. We can't wait to come back again to this wee piece of heaven.

Mr Hough, August 2017
A beautiful cottage in a fascinating area of Northern Ireland with so much to do and see - the whole family had a great time. From our first evening when we saw the meteor shower to the final day when we were watching a golden eagle overhead, everything was so relaxing and we came home feeling refreshed and re-energised.

The Gilhooly's, July 2017
Many thanks to the owner for sharing this amazing place. This is our second visit and it won't be our last. Our whole family love it here. We love everything about it and it truly is our favourite holiday spot, 'Heaven'. We will be so sad to leave.

Pat and Bill, February 2017

We can't recommend this cottage highly enough. This cottage was great for our needs as golfers. As if the fantastic location wasn't enough, this property is superbly maintained and furnished. We arrived with high expectations and were not disappointed.

Len and Ellen, June 2017
Had a wonderful time. The cottage was brilliant, very well equipped, much more than expected. We all had a fantastic time and definitely will be back. Thank you.

Lowry fmaily, April 2017
Back again for a wonderful week to this little piece of heaven. Cottage as every fantastic with everything you could possibly need. All booked for next year!

The Rogers Family, October 2016
This is the most stunning, outstanding property that we have ever had the pleasure of renting. Everything was perfect from the setting right by the sea to the very high standard of the building. With our grownup children we had the most amazing week away doing as little as we wanted. Great area to visit and if you don't want to go out you can sit and watch the dolphins swimming by - it doesn't get any better than that!

Hartlief Group, September 2016
This is a lovely property, it is decorated and maintained to a high standard, and it has sea views to die for, in a quiet location and is very convenient for touring Northern Ireland, located 5 minute drive from Ballycastle town.

Kedem Party, August 2016
The house is everything we expected and more. So friendly and convenient, we just felt at home. The location is perfect and the views are amazing, the sunsets were different every day. We were lucky to see the dolphins on the way to Rathlin Island. The house was so clean and equipped with everything we needed. Wish we could come back.

Hawkins family, July 2016
Honest and accurate details regarding the property and a friendly, helpful team when I phoned to book the property.

Clements, June 2016
Truly safe haven from life's storms! Care and love in every aspect of this restored cottage. Everything you need to feel at home!

Rorie party, June 2015
Fabulous cottage, amazing location
We really enjoyed our stay at this Cottage. Spotlessly clean, with everything we needed. A 40 minute walk along the shore to Ballycastle with plenty of shops and restaurants. Lovely to hear the waves at night. Well appointed to explore the Causeway Coast and Glens of Antrim, and only an hour from Belfast

Martin Family, May 2015
A delightful wonderful peaceful setting. The perfect retreat from the modern world, close to the beach and the best scenery in Ireland.

The Martins/Olwills, May 2015
What a stunning cottage and location! Even in the rain, it was wonderful to sit and look at the breakers through the window of this immaculately clean and cosy cottage. And when the sun shon it was beautiful! Despite mixed weather, we managed to choose two beautiful sunny days for Rathlin Island and the Giants Causeway which were definitely our highlights. But it was also fantastic to be able to just walk out the door down to the rockpools and the sea. We also really appreciated no internet and no TV for the week - an increasingly rare opportunity to disconnect from our virtual world and truly get away from it all.

The Cowan Family, April 2015
A wonderful cottage, spotlessly clean, well equiped and in a unique and beautiful location. We thoroughly enjoyed or stay.

Wescotts, April 2015
WOW, what a lovely place.Tthank you so much, to the owner for the goodies which saved a trip out for fresh supplies. We love the surround views - we have stayed in many cottages over the years but none with views quite this good! Wall to wall sunshine all week just made our stay perfect. Hope to be back.

Carter Family, September 2014
Fabulous cottage, inside and its location. Seen a pod of dolphins (3 times!) plus and otter. Sea beautiful even if a bit cold, Rathlin, Giant Causeway, Carrich-a-Rude all worth a visit plus Kinbane Head (more scary than the rope bridge)

The Oldford party, July 2014
Pictures do not do it justice. Beautifully appointed cottage, spectacular location. Close to town and attractions. With the windows open the sound of waves on the shore was in the cottage with us. Very soothing.

Julia Clark, June 2014
Wonderful location, on coastal path overlooking sea but walking distance to town. Property renovated and decorated to high standard and well equipped. Good access to various sights in NI.

The Ogormans, May 2014
The setting of this house is superb. The house has been decorated tastefully and with warmth and generosity. It is a wonderful place to relax and slow down. This house deserves top marks!

The Lowry party, April 2014
Family Chill. This place is to die for. If you don't like it you must be mad. Location is excellent. The house is equipped to a very high standard. We liked having no TV ! It was warm, cosy and I would tell you more except it might be all booked up next time we try to go. Very sad to leave.

The Kerry Family, July 2013
It was our 2nd visit to the property and we just love the location and the property is perfect. The owner has decorated the property beautifully and has thought of everything to give it that extra special touch. Also the owner is lovely and very welcoming. Great cottage in a great location.

The Wood Family, May 2013
Stunning location and fabulous cottage. At night you can enjoy seeing the sun setting over the sea whilst looking at your log fire and even, if you're lucky, watch the seals swimming by.

An excellent cottage, well equipped. Very clean and well furnished, with a great view of the sea

The MacNally Family, October 2012

Mrs Tymm, August 2012
A gorgeous property with a gorgeous view! We loved it, so well designed, and the property owner could not have been nicer or more helpful. Thank you.

The Kerry party, July 2012
We were all really looking forward to our stay in this cottage, and we all agreed it was excellent cottage and better than we could have imagined, the location is just perfect close to Ballycastle town but still far enough out of the town to be peaceful the views from the cottage are fantastic and was just beautiful to sit and watch the sea and excellent sunsets on clear nights. But what made it better than other rental cottage was not just the fantastic location but the cottage its self the owner has decorated it beautifully it was modern yet has so much character and was so comfortable. Also the owner herself was so very nice and friendly and obviously put so much attention in to the property. The extra milk, bread etc on arrival also a lovely touch. We would all recommend this cottage to stay in and every thing was 100%. Great for children also our 5 year old daughter loved it.

The McManus family, July 2012
The cottage was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Lots of room for a big family to spread out, or even 2 small families. Lovely area to explore.

The Rogers Family, June 2012
The location of this property cannot be beaten. The cottage itself was very clean and comfortable with lot's of little personal touches. Would recommend to anyone.

Mr Walsh, May 2012
A wonderful holiday in this delightful cottage in a magical spot.

Mrs. Margaret Wynne, May 2012
We have had two holidays with Imagine Ireland now and are going to book again next year. I can recommend booking with them, they make it easy and the cottages are lovely. The scenery around North and West Ireland is wonderful, the best thing about this property was the views of the sea and Rathlin Island, and the wonderful sunsets. Plus, the people couldn't be more friendly. Thank you so much.

Mr C Freeman, April 2012
The owner is friendly and caring and has designed and planned the layout of the property to be "user friendly" with all services and amenities.

The house has been beautifully modernised and views are just breathtaking, no matter the weather. It was lovely in the evening to light the fire, open the window and watch the sun set.

The Gardner Family, August 2011
Location amazing! Facilities all we could have hoped for. Shower downstairs, wonderful.

Cliff, Anne and Damon, May 2011
This is our second visit and again we will be heading home very very relaxed. The weather wasn't great but that doesn't matter. This Cottage Is Not One Of The Best Cottages We've Stayed In* IT IS THE BEST! We will be back. Thank you

Sue, May 2011
The Owner gave us a very warm welcome to her beautiful cottage. We have stayed in dozens of cottages all around the UK and this is definatley one of the best! Location, Quality and Extras Plus the attention to detail made this a delightful experience. Although the weather remained variable, that didn't stop us exploring the area! Rathlin Island is a must but ensure the sea is calm. Glenariff waterfalls, Carrick-A-Rede, and Giants Causeway are also a must. The wonderful people here have been great! Heartwarming, a real treasure, we hope to be back soon.

Sky, Peter, Nieve and Quinn, October 2010
Wow i have to say that this is the nicest rental that we have ever rented. We have loved every second. It is the nicest town on the north coast by far. We will be back sooner that later. from the finishing touches to the homemade bread - you have made this trip unforgetable. Our parents will be extremley jealous that they didn't join us and stay in the snug next door.

Sheetons family, August 2010
From the very first moment we knew this would be an amazing holiday. Driving down Cartmore road to find the most tranquil spot was just heaven in it self. We arrived as the waves were tumbling in on the foreshore and the smell of fresh salty air greeted us to our childhood destination. Who could not relax with that view and the sounds and sea? We've stayed at many cottages around your beautiful cost and we can say with our hands on our hearts that this was the best. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. Thanks so much. Everything in the cottage was first class, brand new and so easy to use. The decoration was just perfect. We also had the added benefit of the best weeks of weather. Many thanks.

Andrew and Alice, August 2010
The most beautiful cottage in the most beautiful location, we wish we had more time here and we will most defiantly be back. Thanks for the fishing nets, wonderful touch for the kids, small and large. Thank you.

Hunt Family, August 2010
Wow a beautiful cottage in a prefect location. We were very comfortable, thank you. So lovely to come back to, we ate in 6 nights out of the 7. We'd recommend the Snugglers inn. Passers by were obviously so envious of this property and we were sorry to admit it didn't belong to us.

Gillian,, July 2010
Great location and a lovely cottage.

Cliff, Anne and Damon, July 2010
We have thoroughly enjoyed our time spent in your cottage, thank you for allowing us this pleasure.

Craig and Gillian, July 2010
Having paid for this holiday on the internet we were really looking forward to coming to this cottage for a relaxing holiday but when we arrived the area and cottage well surpassed our expectations. The home baking and the groceries were a lovely touch. We have felt thoroughly at home here, so much so that we haven't even travelled beyond Ballycastle. Family joined us for part of the time and everyone commented on how welcoming and relaxing it is to stay here. Many years ago my aunt stopped here when the cottage was used by the structural union. She was thrilled to return to see the loving care that has been given to the restoration and modernisation of it. Thank you for a memorable holiday.

Ken and Margret, June 2010
So we're the very first to enjoy this lovely cottage in an iyllic location clearly the owners have placed a lot of thought into every aspect of this tasteful restoration the personal touches make it a winner all round, a home from home. With the benifit of good weather, we would well be content to spend the days watching and listening to the sea. Although it is ideally situated for exploring the Antrim coast and is only an hours drive from Donegal. We would have no hesitation in reccomending this property to family and friends and hope to be back again very soon.

PS. We did see the dolphines.

Ann and Eugene, June 2010
