Van Loenhout party, July 2015
super location for hiking
We had a good experience in this nice comfortable cottage overlooking the bay and right adjacent the main hiking trails of Sheep's Head.

Klein, July 2014
We enjoyed the astonishing view over the sea side and the nature of sheeps head. We loved the quietness and lonliness. We just loved this place. A peaceful experience, nothing to change about it! We'd love to come again!

The heating system was very efficient and combined with the open fire it was very cost - lovely looking at the waves crashing when your inside and snuggy.

Gijs, September 2011
Caretaker was casual and easy to deal with, which we liked. The house was very confortable and served our basic needs. Would have liked more towels. Booked on-line - service was fine.

Alex, August 2011

Patrick and Christine, July 2011
Overall lovely property. Lovely setting. People very frendly. Roads are bendy but worth every penny for the scenery.

Setting is quiet and very pretty. All the locals we met were very polite and friendly. Went on walks and enjoyed surfing lessons. De Barras in Bantry serves extremely good food and at affordable prices.
