We had a beautiful stay here, once again and the children enjoyed exploring the house and the lovely area. Lots of beach walks and kite flying! We went to Old Head which was a great walk through oak forest, beach and beautiful views. Thoroughly Irish weather! Thanks again for the use of this great house - perfect for us!!

Lil and David, August 2018
As usual had an amazing time. We just adore it here, the house is so cosy and welcoming. The views are spectacular, long walks on the beach, log fires in the evening - heaven!!!
The owner is a great help. We will be back again. 5th time here!!

The Martyn family, August 2018

Niamh, age 10, July 2018
The week was lovely. The entire family had fun. We loved going to the beach and the cinema. We got new toys and tried new food. I hope we come back next year.

Thank you. As always we love it here and it was our 4th time!!

Family Ollenich-An, July 2018
We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house and area. The older kids loved the surfing classes on Carrowhiskey Beach. Proud that we walked up the Diamond Hill in Connemara with our 4-year old. We all loved the 'Lost Valley' town and the Silver Strand, as well as the Kileen loop and Chase Island. Westport House was of course a highlight for our 3 kids. A pity that time flew by so quickly and we have to return home!

The McHales, July 2018
We had a sun blessed week. Remarkable views over Clew Bay. Croagh Patrick, Mulranny and Achill Island by bike and the Lost Valley were the highlights.

McFaul, July 2017
For a simply lightening up, relaxing and letting go of cares and worries, this property was perfect. The situation and open view drew focus away from everything else.

Brian, June 2017
Exceptional location with amazing views - could look out the windows all day if there was not so much to do within close distance!

Karen, May 2017
The panoramic view from the property is breathtaking, and it was fun to zoom in on details with the binoculars and telescope available there. The kitchen was well equipeed and there are several nice communal areas to hang out and enjoy the view and the fireplace, and watch the rabbits and pheasants that wander by. Try meandering on the roads in pack of Croagh Patrick and walk some trails there for spectacular views down to the ocean and several hidden sapphire-coloured lakes. Murrisk Millenium Park with its National Famine Memorial is definitely worth a stop near Westport

Exceptional place! Absolutely unique house and interior! Very friendly and accurate host, the house is fully equipped, but most of all it is the view and the serenity that makes it amazing!

Ciara, October 2016
What a beautiful house with absolutely everything we needed. Gorgeous views, lovely surroundings. The host was fantastic and booking was easy. We loved everything and just wished we had booked for longer! Best to have a car. Perfect for relaxing and immersing yourself in the West

The views - everything about it was just magic! This was a surprise birthday gift for my husband's 60th. The minute we opened the door we loved it.

Great cottage. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Good beds and sufficient linen and pillows.

The location of the property was fantastic and the views from the windows from the windows were stunning. It was very quiet and peaceful but only a short drive to the nearest shops. A wonderful place to relax and do nothing.

We had a truly wonderful time here. Our many many thanks for the most magical holiday. We so needed it and it exceeded all our expectations. Your house is beautiful, and the view was beyond compare. Sunshine and atlantic surf not what we expected after weeks of rain. Hope to come back soon with the rest of the Family.

Martin Family, September 2009
Heavenly retreat from the material mad world. A place to reflect, a place of beauty, peace and calm. Rains may come but it does not matter. Sun may sun and you see the views for miles. The first impression of isolation was strange, then so peaceful the more you look around the beauty is so profound. Thank you so much.

Corry Family, September 2009
