Everything we wished for!
An unique cottage in a peaceful setting-1m or so from Carrigtwohill, which has great shops, bars and restaurants etc. Close to Cork, Cobh and is an ideal base for exploring west cork and the Wild Atlantic Coast. All rooms are well furnished and comfortable and it has a peaceful patio and garden abundant with wildlife-a sun trap front and rear! The owners are friendly welcoming and made our stay first class! Booking was easy, this has been our favourite holiday stay in Eire, try it yourselves!
The O'Reilly Family, June 2016
charming rustic setting
We usually stay in Cobh to visit relatives, but on this occasion we tried Carrigtohill just outside Cobh. And I am so glad we did because we discovered this little gem. We stayed in the larger Cottage which was full of character. The kids really enjoyed the nature on our doorstep with rabbits, bats and baby birds all putting in an appearance. The owners were friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal, being peaceful, but with easy access to the N25 that took you east or west. We had a great holiday there.

A lovely and peaceful cottage in a very convenient setting near to everything you need - shops, bars, takeaway, station. The owners are very friendly and helped us with any queries we had. Great for families/group of friends. A lovely rear patio area and large garden at rear... 5 stars for this property and Imagine Ireland. I would definitely recommend to others!

The warmest of welcomes, plenty of local interest information provided by our hosts. Very impressed with all the little touches and thoughtfulness to detail. The facilities suited us perfectly especially the in-house bar, and we will not have any hesitation in recommending The Coach House to all wishing to enjoy Cork, Ireland and surrounding areas.
Enforced stay in Ireland due to volcanic ash, Andrea and Kieran could not have been kinder and looked after us during extra time. We shall return.
