The Mullan Party, August 2019
Spacious and comfortable house in a rural setting.
Hickey family, May 2017
Our host was lovely and the place was just what we needed, clean and everything you need, safe for the children. We will be going back.
The Gum Family, April 2017
Had a great family holiday, excellent location for vists to local places such as Ballinrobe and Cong, and to some further afield. Whilst there is a lot to interest adults, I am glad we did some research beforehand about suitable entertainment for our young grandchildren. Westport House Pirate Adventure Park, the pet farm in Kiltamagh, Silver Sands beach on the Wild Atlantic Way near Galway, and bowling in Castlebar were particular hits. The 5k walk in the park in Claremorris is interesting and there is an easier walk from the house to Lough Mask, and to the local cemetery if local information is of interest. Maple Chinese restaurant was very good and sensibly priced.
Toomey Party, May 2015
I stayed at this property for a long weekend with 2 girlfriends and seven children. The house was brand new, simply decorated but very cosy and warm and it was really big. 5 of the 6 bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms. We often stay in holiday homes with lots of children and this was the best house we have stayed in so far. The rained most of the weekend but it didn t matter because there was plenty of space to play inside. The house is located in a scenic area and is really close to Westport, Castlebar and Galway. I would recommend this house to people travelling with children or even a group of adults
