The Vassen Party, June 2019
Spectacular views of the coast. A very cosy cottage
The Tinch Family, August 2018
The view is to die for, the seclusion is to die for if you need a break from the hurley burley of life generally, the hosts are non intrusive but on hand to help out and offer advice. This is wild Ireland. This property is warm, welcoming and comfortable.
The Hogan Party, June 2018
We had a wonderful stay at Belderrig, if you want to get away from everything, want to take your pets or kids and have a relaxing, peaceful holiday with amazing views and walks then this is the place for you. The house was so cosy, private and ideal for an authentic Irish coastal break away from all the pressures of life. The hosts were amazing, so helpful and kind. Will definitely be back.
The Clarke party, October 2017
Remote location set in the hills with lovely sea view and a small harbour not too far away. Ceide Fields only a 15 minute drive away, open from April until the end of October. Plenty of walking and hiking possibilities within short driving distance including stunning cliff walks. Barr na Tra, Ceathr* Thaidhg (Carrowteige) and Killala are the nearest food and convenience stores. This cottage is a quiet and peaceful haven away from all the hustle and bustle of life. We could not have asked for more. Our dog chilled out along with us and we headed back home refreshed and revived. Thank youto the owner, you're an absolute star and you keep this place so clean and tidy, and thank you for the turf that kept us nice and warm and it was an absolute pleasure chatting to both of you. You are both good craig and you have a little gem of a place here in a prime location. We hope to see you soon again.
Miller Family, October 2017
We loved the setting with the sea and the sheep and yard.
The Hurley Family, July 2017
Lovely, cosy cottage, very welcoming owners, absolutely stunning location. North Mayo has so much to offer the outdoor enthusiast, snorkeling, walking, swimming, cycling. The cottage sits peacefully in the middle of it all, welcoming you home warmly at the end of whatever adventure you set off on that day.

We have had a lovely stay in your warm and cosy cottage . The children loved feeding Ted and Fancy pants ( sheep) , WIFI was added bonus for our teenager, and we adored the views .

Lovely week in this peaceful cottage with great sea views and entertainment provided by the lambs . Thank you to the owners for their hospitality and constant supply of turf for the fire . A week of sunshine and showers but a good time had by all.
