Patterson Party, March 2018
A beautifully situated house overlooking the sea. Wee equipped. Dog friendly. An ideal base outside of Kilrush.

We just got back from a week holiday and we couldn't have had a better time. The location is spectacular looking over the Atlantic ocean to the cliffs of moher. The owner made us feel so welcome and couldn't do enough for us.The cottage itself is old fashioned but everything was clean and worked it has a rustic charm.I loved lighting the fire every evening and watching the sunset over the Atlantic. We have two children and they loved whitestrand beach down the road. This place is a true gem .Thank you, see you again next year

McQuaid family, August 2016
The owner was so friendly and the property was comfortable with stunning views of the Atlantic and surrounding landscape. It is well located and a good base to explore most of the tourist attractions around Clare. We were all very happy with our holiday.

Lovely country location near to many beaches. Lots of working farms in area with cows and tractors in abundance. Everything we needed for a week's holiday. Teenagers might want Wifi but enough bars and cafes nearby with free Wifi for us. Small group of cottages with shared play area and playroom, friendly neighbours. Our children loved the toy diggers and real phone box. A trip out to see Shannon dophins was the highlight of our stay.

The view is great and the setting is peaceful.

Well, what can we say other than we have had a fantastic week here * weather, I must say has been perfect * hot and sunny!!!! Compared to Welsh weather!! Would thoroughly recommend the Igoe Inn in Doonbeg * Welcomed us with open arms * plus our dog Molly! Food superb. The cottage is very comfortable * get up early and watch the dolphins playing in the bay * superb! Tesco at Kilrush very for stocking up with essentials. Any Father Ted fans visit the Parochial House just North of Kilnaboy on the road to Mullaghmore. Thank you so much for a FAB stay, will definitely come again! White Strand bay a MUST.

Decor depressing and outdated in bedrooms and bathrooms. Poorly stocked. Playground (children's swings) old fashioned and located between 2 other houses - so couldn't use without disturbing other holidaymakers privacy. Wouldn't recommend.

Warm welcome to the nice and well equipped holiday home. Thank to Michael for all his help and advice. We spent a beautiful holiday.

The Merjarvy Family, April 2012
parking in front of the house is a bonus, large living room, stunning view, table tennis game room. Billiard game is EUR1, electricity is an extra payment. Poorly equipped kitchen, missing big pots and small glasses, quite expensive.
