The property owner is fantastic, friendly lady that welcomes you with a big smile on her face all the time. salt of the earth.

The Grandon Party, July 2019
The owner of the property is very friendly and made us feel welcome. The house is in a lovely setting with a view of the mountains and valley. It is within walking distance of the Village and amenities. It is also centrally located to explore other areas in County Waterford. I would highly recommend it.

Montgomery party, September 2018
The property had a beautiful setting overlooking Comeragh Mountains. It was within easy reach of village and Waterford greenway. The property was very stocked with everything we needed. Also the locals were very friendly. Also the whole area was very dog friendly, many of the restuarants and coffee bars had outside seating where you could have your dog with you. We enjoyed a really relaxing time at the property. We loved the location and proximity to Copper Coast, Comeragh Mountain, Waterford Greenway and Kilmachthomas Village. The owners homemade Lemon Meringue pies are to die for!!!!

outstanding situation and amenities! The owner is the BEST! Highly recommended. T hanks

The Turner Party, August 2018
We had a wonderful time. The property met all our needs, including allowing our little dog run free in the beautiful garden. The owner was delightful and took great care of us. It is about 400 metres from the Greenway, which has plenty of pakring and three different access points in Kilmacthomas. Overall a lovely place to holiday!

The Harding Family, May 2018
Centrally located, property owner makes you feel very welcome. Her cakes are worth booking this property alone, cannot praise her enough made us feel like part of the family.

Cronn Party, March 2018
Nice place to stay and wonderful host. Very comfortable. Would book again *****

I had a wonderful stay. The owner was kind and helped me out. The property is within an hour and a half of Cork, Waterford, Wexford and Kilkenny. The house was comfortable and perfect for my stay.

This is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with a great hostess who could not make us feel more welcome, with a fab apple tart and scones for us on arrival it speaks a lot about her kindness. A lovely garden is available to relax in with lovely season. Thanks.

Great great owner, beautiful house with peaceful and charming views

The Tasker Family, April 2017
The owner is lovely. She is attentive without being intrusive and cannot do enough to help you enjoy your stay. The property is a self-contained compact and well-equipped accommodation attached to the main house, suitable for two people. The uninterrupted view outside at the rear of the property across the mountains is beautiful. The bonus in the area is the nearby new Greenway walking/cycling track which runs from Dungarvan to Waterford along the old railway line.

Mcilwaine Group, September 2016
The accommodation more than delivered everything needed for an enjoyable stay.

Steven, July 2016

Mr and Mrs Darby, May 2015
The directions to the property were easy to follow and the location was first class. The owner, Peggy, is a very good baker of little treats and great to chat to. Set in a quiet area with a beautiful view.

Could not have found a better place!
Brilliant place, absolutely cosy and lovely. The landlord is the nicest woman ever and so helpful as she could be. Nearest beach is gorgous. Just loved it there and hope to be able to go back there another time.

Mr. and Mrs. Rogers, July 2013
The owner made our stay in this cottage memorable. She was most welcoming and spoilt us all week with various baked goodies. We would most definitely recommend anyone to stay.

The Traffords, September 2012
Ideal for a couple, small but compact. Beautiful setting and very friendly welcoming owner.

The Pughes, June 2012
We enjoyed our stay enormously. Adequate for 2 people with everything to hand nestled in lovely Irish countryside without being cut off. Easy access to main roads and surrounding towns/cities. Would definitely stay there again.
