This delightful studio just outside the village of Ballinspittle sits on an elevated site in the grounds of the owner's residence, seven miles from Kinsale. Once an artist's studio, the interior offers plenty of natural light and stunning views of Garretstown Beach and Old Head. The owners are on hand to offer plenty of local knowledge, but your privacy always respected. West Cork is easily accessible, and offers the most spectacular coastal scenery. Please be advised this property may not be suitable for anyone with walking difficulties.

Kinsale is the southernmost town on the Wild Atlantic Way. Known as the gourmet capital of Ireland, Kinsale offers a large selection of restaurants, cafes and bars to suit every budget. There are many sandy beaches nearby with sailing and fishing well catered for. The town offers an array of pubs, shops and restaurants as well as all major banks, a rugby club, golfing, sailing and leisure centre.
