On the edge of the D'Esterre Strand in Spanish Point, 1 mile from lively Miltown Malbay lies this home which boasts panoramic views of Mal Bay and Mutton Island. This is a fantastic location for surfers only a few yards from the shore . The house is a comfortable standard with wood burning stove and spacious grounds. It is a few minutes walk to the Armada hotel which provides delicious cuisine, live music and internet access.

Spanish Point Golf Club: which is a beautiful course overlooking the beach is available and welcomes visitors. For serious Golfers there is Doonbeg Golf Club (Greg Norman designed course) 20 minutes drive south; and 15 minutes drive North there is the Championship Golf Course at Lahinch.
The nearest town: 0.5 miles inland is Miltown Malbay the world famous home of Traditional Irish Music and the Willie Clancy Summer School which happens in July every year. During the summer there is Traditional Music to be found in the local hostelries almost every night.
Local Restaurants approximately five minutes drive from the house. Visit the Black Oak and a specialty seafood restaurant close by called Barr Tra. The Armada Hotel and the Belbridge Hotel also have restaurants.
Spanish Point Beach is located nearby and has a great reputation for surfing, windsurfing and kite surfing. Approximately 1.5 miles from the house is White Strand blue flag beach which is located in a horseshoe bay and provides scuba diving during the summer.
Great fishing locations all along the coast, try shore fishing from your doorstep.
The Village of Quilty with its harbour and Seafield Beach behind it is a location where boats can be hired for fishing or trips to Mutton Island. In Liscannor boats can also be hired for fishing and viewing the fantastic Cliffs of Moher from the sea.
The seaside resort town of Lahinch is located 15 minutes drive from the house. The Cliffs of Moher are just beyond Lahinch about 10 minutes north.
The Burren with its rare rock formations, flora and fauna is about 45 minutes drive north.
To the South there is a Ferry which is 50 minutes drive from the house to Killimer.This Ferry which leaves every hour allows easy short access across the Shannon estuary to North Kerry where you can enjoy the sights of Ballybunion, Killarney and Tralee.
