~ A security deposit of EUR100 is payable to the owner upon arrival and returned at the end of the stay as long as the property is left in reasonable condition.
Miltown Malbay offers a variety of traditional Pubs providing evening entertainment and traditional Irish Music sessions. It has a supervalu supermarket, small grocery shops, a cafe, bank and bakery.
The local blue flag beach is called Spanish Point is a small beach, popular for surfers and had a lifeguard on duty during the holidays. Adjacent is a nine hole golf course and hotel.
The famous Willy Clancy festival happens at the beginning of July each year, way out in the small village of Miltown Malbay in West Clare there is an international gathering of traditional Irish musicians. The town resounds with the sounds of violins, flutes and accordions all in the honur of Willy Clancy.
For all Scuba and Snorkeling, Surfing, Outdoor Activities, Boat Tours and Water Sports, you can book in to the Dive Academy at Lahinch.
Ennis is a 40 minute drive and is renowned for its narrow streets and busy atmosphere. An array of shops, pubs, restaurants and museums and there is also the Farmers Market which holds some of Co Clares best local produce and is held on a Friday and Saturday from 8am - 2pm.
One must see is The Burren National Park which is home to some of Ireland's amazing limestone landscape. Within this idyllic setting are some international species of flora and fauna.
