Situated in Querrin, three miles from Carrigaholt and four miles from the seaside town of Kilkee. This is one of two properties on a shared site and the main property is let long term. The garage adjacent has been renovated into a delightful modern apartment with two ensuite rooms, quality furnishings and a juliet balcony (making it unsuitable for children under ten). Querrin Pier enjoys a small pebble beach however Doonaha has a beautiful, quiet sandy beach perfect for a relaxing day. Kilkee is just a ten minute drive with Cliff walks, scuba diving tuition, sailing and an 18-hole golf course.

~ The main residence is let long term. Guests have access to the garden infront of the garage and the patio at the back of the apartment. All other garden areas are for the main tenants.
Carrigaholt is a small fishing village with three pubs, a restaurant and a takeaway.
Kilkee is a seasonable seaside town with a few restaurants and pubs, a cafe, pizza and chinese takeaways. There is a MACE grocery store and a Bank of Ireland.
~ The Shannon Estuary is ideal for sailing and sea kayaking. Guided sea kayaking tours are available in Kilkee.
~ Kilkee Cliff Walk is a circular loop starting from Diamond Rocks Cafe at the West End and follows a cliff path along the stunning coastline. The walk can be either 5km or 8km with two routes back in to town.
~ Nevsail Watersports and Rock Climbing Adventure Centre in Kilkee offers a climbing wall, archery, zorbing, team exercises, kayaking, surfing and much more!
~ Kilkee Golf Club is an 18-hole course on the Wild Atlantic Way with amazing views. Green fees are available online and equipment can be hired from the club.
