The house is comfortable and spacious, offering free Wi-Fi, free parking and a childrens playground on site. An ideal location for exploring The Burren National park, the Cliffs of Moher and Lahinch seaside resort (8 miles) with its championship golf course and long sandy surf beach.

Doolin has two shops, four cafes, a bar, restaurant and a hotel. A jewelry store and a craft store. Fisherstreet less than a mile has a cafe, music shop, chocolate shop and the famous Gus O Connors Pub. There is also a tourist information point for guidance on tours in the area. The nearest ATM is in Ennistymon
Lisdoonvarna town (5 miles) has a small handful of shops including Spar and Mace grocery stores, two restaurants, a bar, a pharmacy and a petrol station.
The nearest large supermarket would be Aldi in Ennistymon (8 miles away).
- The Doolin Coastal Walk links Doolin and Liscannor on a walking route stretching 18km along the stunning coastline. For EUR10 you can join a guided tour run by a local man, Pat Sweeney, who will share some history and stories about the Cliffs along the way.
- Aillwee Cave and Birds of Prey is around thirty minutes drive from Doolin and it one of the oldest caves in Ireland. You can get a guided tour and can visit the Birds of Prety educational centre with flying displays.
- Lahinch Surf School is owned by a former Irish Champion and pro surfer. He offers session for all ages and abilities to let you have a go with a friendly, safe introduction to surfing.
- Aran Islands can be accessed from Doolin between March and October. There are many tours on offer including Cliffs of Moher and all three Aran Islands (Inishmaan, Inisheer and Inishmore).
