A stunning location just 7 miles from the seaside town of Tramore and 14 miles from Waterford City. This delightful annexe to the owners home is private with separate entrance and comfortable furnishings. It enjoys fabulous sea views from most rooms, free Wi-Fi and wheelchair accessibility (not certified ( there is a ramp available to cover the steps into the property and there is a 1" rim on the framework of the shower.). There are two ponds in the shared grounds. Nearby is the Waterford Greenway cycle route, Tramore surf beach and Waterford City home to the famous Waterford crystal.
