Overview
This cottage is located to the rear of the owners residence, a quarter of a mile from Bonniconlon village and 6 miles from Ballina, Mayo's largest town. Private and secluded it is comfortably furnished, facing the Ox Mountains with distant views of Lough Conn. A children's playground with extensive gardens secured with an electric gated entrance. There are swings and slides, a sand pit and Netflix for your enjoyment. Locally there is fishing on the famous River Moy, walking trails in the Western and Foxford Way and six 18 hole golf courses in the area. The coastal seaside resort of Enniscrone is 10 miles and Wild Atlantic Way 4 miles.
