Being on an elevated site the property enjoys stunning views of Clew bay, Keel lake and Minaun Cliffs. Achill is Ireland's largest island, and lies off the west coast, in County Mayo, being linked to the mainland by the Michael Davitt Bridge, making it easily accessible. Boasting five Blue Flag beaches, Achill has some of the most beautiful, secluded, remote beaches in Ireland, and water sports are always easy to find. You can also enjoy leisurely walks amidst Achill's stunning scenery, a round of golf or lively traditional Irish music sessions in the islands pubs. Great Western Greenway at 42km is Ireland’s longest off road walking and cycling route which links Westport and Achill Island and follows the route of the renowned Westport to Achill Railway which closed in 1937.
