Overview
This newly built holiday home in the grounds of the owners farmland is situated less than 2 miles from Callan market town and 11 miles from Kilkenny. Inside is spacious with ensuite bedrooms and antique style furnishings (It is not suited to children under 7). There is river fishing in season within 15 miles and there are also walking trails on the owner's farmland and the coast is less than an hours drive. Local golf course in Callan. Close proximity to Slieveaman (popular for hill climbers).

GF: lounge, kitchen/diner, 2nd lounge, double with ensuite shower room, w.c. FF: 2 doubles all with ensuite shower rooms, triple (double & single bed.), jack and jill bathroom (connects to triple bedroom) with separate shower.
Electricity included , oil by meter read, open fire with starter pack, wood burner with fuel supplied, linen and towels included, No Smoking, TV, dvd player, CD, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, w/machine, dryer, internet access, hairdryer, uk tv channels, welcome pack, partially enclosed garden, garden furniture, private off road parking. Sorry no pets.
