Located 4.5 miles from the heritage town of Kenmare and 2 miles from the traditional village of Kilgarvan lies this wonderful semi-detached cottage that has been lovingly restored and is fully equipped. It has its own private patio at the rear and is surrounded by nature. It can be offered alone or with properties 5362 and 5722 to accommodate parties of up to 15.

GF: lounge/kitchen/diner, utility room, double or twin, shower room. FF: landing, double with ensuite shower room, kingsize double with ensuite jacuzzi (shower over bath) and walk-in wardrobe.
Oil and electricity is charged at €9 per day from Sept 1st to 31st May and €7 per day from June 1st to 31st Aug, open fire with starter pack, travel cot, high chair, stair gate, TV, dvd player, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, w/machine, dryer, internet access, welcome pack, fully enclosed garden, shared courtyard, sitting out area, shared driveway, childrens playground. One small pet welcome.
