This delightful home is situated 1 mile from Claddaghduff, 3.5 miles from Cleggan and 6.8 miles from Clifden. It is a large, tastefully decorated and comfortable house boasting stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. A solid fuel stove makes for cosy evenings in after a long day at the beach. Claddaghduff is a small village with a pub, petrol station and a church. The pub does food and live music on weekends. Cleggan is a fishing village with four pubs, a restaurant and grocery store whilst Clifden the capital of Connemara has a variety of independent artisan boutiques restaurants, cafes and bars, banks, pharmacy and large supermarkets -Supervalu and Aldi. There is also a tourist information center. You are a five minute walk to Knockavilra beach whilst Omey Island Beach and Clifden Eco Beach are also within walking distance. This is a great base to explore the Connemara National Park, visit Kylemore Abbey and Inishboffin island.
