Situated at the foot of the Twelve Ben Mountain range, this stunning cottage is 5 miles from Clifden and 6 miles from Roundstone. The cottage is rich in character, oozing charm with many rooms boasting thick stone walls and exposed beams. It is a walkers paradise overlooking the Ballynahinch forecast and on the doorstep scenic walls & views of the Twelve Bens. The world famous Ballynahinch castle is less than a mile away where you can enjoy a scrumptious meal or evening drink.
The property supplier recommends that bottled water is purchased to use for drinking water and provides a starter pack on arrival.
Security deposit: A €200 security deposit is payable prior to arrival via bank transfer to owner.

GF: lounge, kitchen/diner, 2 doubles 1 with ensuite shower room, twin, bathroom with separate shower.
From April -Sep, there will be a €70-euro flat fee for oil, electricity & waste disposal charge. Rest of the year the fee will vary based on oil & electricity usage which will be by meter read and also include fixed waste disposal charge of €20.The costs will be deducted from the security deposit received and balance refunded following check of property., open fire with starter pack, linen and towels included, travel cot, high chair, TV, dvd player, CD, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, w/machine, dryer, partially enclosed garden, garden furniture, locked shed available for storage, private off road parking. Small pets welcome.
