The TESCO 123 – How to use your Clubcard Deal/Rewards Tokens with Imagine Ireland

Remember:

All the properties that have a Tesco Banner in their photo have opted to accept Tesco Deal/Rewards Tokens for full or part payment of your Imagine Ireland holiday. You can exchange your vouchers only against properties with the Tesco banner.

Your trip must be booked within the 6 month validity period of the Tesco Deal/Rewards tokens, however you do not have to holiday with us within this period.

All bookings are subject to availability and Imagine Ireland standard booking conditions and do not apply in conjunction with any special offers or discounts.

STEP 1

Please remember you must be in possession of your Holiday Tokens before you can book. This means you must have converted your Tesco Clubcard Vouchers to TESCO DEAL/ REWARDS TOKENS before you call us to reserve the property of your choice. How to convert my Vouchers to Travel Tokens.

STEP 2

Select the properties of your choice from our Tesco range and check availability by calling Imagine Ireland direct on 01756 707766 (from the UK) or 0044 1756 707766 (from Southern Ireland) to make the booking.

We are open 7 days a week 13 hours per day:

         Sunday to Friday 9am to 10pm
         Saturdays 9 am to 8pm.

• The tokens must be received within 5 days of reserving the property or the booking will be automatically cancelled and invalid after 5 days or you may lose your deposit.
• All holidays are subject to the standard booking conditions.
• Deal/Rewards Token(s) may only be used by the Clubcard holder (whose name is printed on the Tokens). However there can be more than one named Token per booking as long as that person is travelling too.
• Tokens cannot be given as gifts.

STEP 3

Our Holiday Advisor will take your details and confirm your reservation with a booking reference. Please write your booking reference on your Clubcard Deal / Rewards Tokens and send them special delivery to:

• Unless the entire holiday is being paid for in Tokens, the deposit must be paid for by debit or credit card (please note credit card surcharges apply) at the time of booking.
• Any balance outstanding on your chosen holiday must be paid for by debit or credit (please note credit surcharges apply) at least 8 weeks before the holiday start date as per standard booking conditions.
• Please note that if you are making a booking less than 8 weeks in advance of travel, Imagine Ireland Ltd will debit the full cost from your debit or credit card (please note credit surcharges apply) and refund it exclusive the credit surcharge and a £10 administration charge upon receipt of your Deal/Rewards Tokens. In that instance your Holiday Advisor must take the Token Reference numbers at the time of booking.
• The Tokens must be sent to Imagine Ireland to arrive within 5 days of the booking with the booking reference number clearly marked on the back, failure to do so could result in your booking being cancelled and you may lose your deposit. Please note that Tokens cannot be replaced, so we recommend that you send them Special Delivery or registered post.
• You cannot add more Deal/Rewards Tokens to your booking at a later date, so please enclose ALL your Deal/Rewards Tokens for the booking irrespective of whether they cover the whole of the amount due or only part of it.
• No change is given on Deal/Rewards tokens if they exceed the amount due.
• No refunds are given on Deal/Rewards Tokens.
• Only on receipt of your Clubcard Deal/Rewards Tokens, i.e. full payment of the booking will Imagine Ireland process your reservation and send you a “Booking Confirmation”.
• No tokens are refunded upon cancellation of holiday.

Remember:

Any post booking amendments may be subject to administration charges and an alteration in price means the difference must be covered by debit or credit card at the time of change (credit card charges apply.)

The tokens are only valid on New bookings.
