Our Job

We view marketing as an all inclusive principle, which is not just sending out brochures and placing adverts and maintaining a nice website, but which incorporates slick operations to deliver customer service and happy holidaymakers and owners.
We feel marketing start with holidaymaker contact on every level, on the website, by phone, by email - our reservations team is carefully trained and progressively coached.
We also see our customer care team as marketing, as we believe that marketing does not stop with the sale, but is an on-going process lasting a lifetime.
We have also worked very hard to find our external Marketing partners specialising in Web Analytics, PR, On line and Off-line Marketing and Advertising, and of course our Design, Web-design and IT / Web programming.
Our aim is to give our customers the very best properties in the best locations at the best prices to ensure we have happy holidaymakers and owners that recommend us and return year on year

About Me: I am passionate about attention to detail, I like to get it right.  I love the holiday industry. In 20 years it is still exhilarating. I like combining the good old fashioned principles of one to one customer care with today’s technological advantages.

My Irish Fact: We have properties in every county in Ireland.

 

Astrid –  Marketing Director

About Me: I love new ventures and setting up initiatives from scratch.  I am fascinated by technology and love to use it to its best potential. The web has changed the holiday industry and I am excited to see how the future of search and social networks will affect us.
My Irish Fact: Without fail I spend my main summer holiday in the beautiful Emerald Isle. And every year I have some brilliant and some average days weather and every year my family says. This was the best holiday so far.  I love it.
