Only 8 miles from Rosslare and 10 miles from Wexford town, this 200 year old property is extremely spacious and has an extensive sunny garden, ideal for family gatherings. The house is situated in an extremely good location being very close to the ferry port of Rosslare and within sight of Tacumshin lake, one of Ireland's finest bird watching spots. The extensive sandy beaches of County Wexford, a favourite with families, couldn't be much closer.

There are numerous little sandy beaches within a couple of miles, whilst in nearby Rosslare you will find a Water Sports Centre, crazy golf, tennis and there is plenty of fishing in the area - both beach and boat fishing. Charter a boat in Kilmore Quay (a village which boasts some beautiful thatched cottages) or take a trip out to the Saltee Islands. Situated within a super rural area of special ecological importance, you are in sight of Tacumshin lake, one of Ireland's finest bird watching spots. Also worth a visit at Tacumshin is the lovely thatched windmill, one the few still intact in Ireland.
The Johnston Agricultureal Museum, Wexford Wildlife Reserve and The National Heritage Park are close by as is Wexford town, which holds the famous opera festival during October each year.
