This semi-detached house is within walking distance of Courtown village and the Blue flag beach, 4 miles to Gorey, 90 minutes from Dublin and 1 hour from Rosslare Harbour. The spacious accommodation is tastefully furnished. Courtown offers a wide choice of amenities with three 18 hole championship golf clubs, Pirates Cove Adventure Centre (seasonal) and a local leisure centre with waterslide, sauna, Jacuzzi and gym (charges apply). Adjacent woodlands provide miles of forest walks and 200 miles of coastline are within easy access.

Electricity by meter read, storage heaters, open fire (no fuel supplied), linen and towels included, cot, high chair, TV, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, uk tv channels, partially enclosed garden, patio area, picnic bench, private off road parking. Sorry no pets.

Extra Details...

•There is a security deposit of €120 requested on arrival but is refunded 7 days after departure as long as the cottage is left as it was found upon arrival. The Security Deposit can be paid either by cheque, cash or by credit card. The security deposit for New Year's is €150.
•Bed linen and towels are provided but we do recommend that you bring extra towels.
•A charge of €15.00 per fold out bed/cot/highchair is charged where available. If you have requested a cot please note that cot linen is not provided.
•You MUST contact the caretakers with your time of arrival.
•Please Note: A barrier system is in place in the Forest Park houses. If the gates are closed upon arrival please contact the caretaker by either walking to the office or calling his mobile. Guests will be given a key upon check in and will be charged €30 if the key is not returned.
