Located in the heart of Waterford City adjacent to the Theatre Royal within walking distance of the city centre. This terraced town house is tastefully furnished throughout. A travel cot and playstation two games console can be provided on request. Free parking with the property is available between 6:30pm until 8:30am (€1:80 per hour outside of these hours) and there are many car parks (€5 per day) within a ten-minute walk. This is a perfect base to enjoy the city or to travel with Dunmore East, Tramore and many other seaside resorts within 20 minutes drive.

~ There is a travel cot available for guests but it is not left in the property so please advise at time of booking if it is required.
~ For Parking there is parking available in the car park at the top of the street which is free of charge from 6:30pm to 8:30am but during the day the hourly rate of €1.80 applies. There are a number of car parks within a 5 to 10 minute walk from the property that charge a daily rate of €5 per day.
~ The small-enclosed courtyard at the rear of the property is gravelled and paved with a sheltered all-weather area.

Waterford enjoys a popular theatrical scene and has some cultural festivals throughout the year, including Waterford Light Opera Festival. This year Waterford hosts the Tall Ships race from 30th June to 3rd of July. This is a major International event when the City will welcome over 500,000 visitors. The Waterford Spraoi festival – a street arts festival, takes place July 29th to 31st. Leisure pursuits include golf, horse racing, greyhound racing, horse riding and fishing, and visiting seaside resorts such as Tramore and Dunmore East. Other sightseeing opportunities include Lismore Heritage Centre, Cappoquin House and Gardens, and no trip to Waterford would be complete without a visit to the famous Waterford Crystal Factory
