This holiday home is in a small development in the popular seaside resort of Dunmore East just 10 miles from Waterford city. It is nicely furnished and spacious with its own patio and enjoys access to a private tennis court -please bring your own ball and racquets. It is ideally located being a short stroll to a fantastic sandy beach with a pub/restaurant adjacent In the summer season there is sailing and wind surfing tuition including boat hire and fishing excursions from the harbour. There is a lovely park at the top of the village and many select restaurants. Nearby is Tramore or cross the car ferry into Passage East to visit the Kennedy park arboretum and Hook Head Peninsula.
