This 300 year old traditional cottage has been comfortably furnished and restored yet keeping some of its original charm with thatch on one end of the property. It is quirky in design with 2 bedrooms one leading into the other and a small style kitchenette in the dining room. Solid fuel stove heats the cottage. Just 9 miles from the popular town of Dungarvan, it boasts beautiful views over the countryside and mountains. Locally the Comeragh Drive is worth doing with stunning scenery of the mountains. Also the Nire Valley is very popular with hill walking. Golf, fishing and much more are all available within a short drive.

Also the Nire Valley is very popular for hill walking etc. This is a great base for touring Waterford, Tipperary, and is a complete couple’s haven.

To get to the 2nd bedroom you have to walk through the first bedroom. The Double bed is up against the wall in the double and single bedroom so it would only have access on one side.
