Just over 2 hours from Dublin, Strokestown is a heritage town in the Irish midlands - Home to Strokestown Park House and Famine Museum. This is a popular angling centre for coarse and pike fishing, with 65 lakes within a seven mile radius. This delightful farmhouse is spacious and tastefully decorated throughout. All bedrooms are en suite, and have colour TVs. The sunroom enjoys countryside views and also opens onto the patio. A great touring base and a peaceful, relaxing area with lots to see including Strokestown House and Lough Key Forest Park.
