This newly built cottage sits in the foothills of the Kerry Mountains and is within five minutes walk of Waterville coastal village with its beautiful beach and two famous Golf courses. The cottage is tastefully furnished inside and well equipped with a fully fitted kitchen and large garden with patio area and seating. There are wonderful walks in the vicinity as well as golfing, fishing (deep-sea, shore & lake),, cycling, and tennis. Scenic trips on the Ring of Kerry or cross the border into Cork .

Waterville nestles between Lough Currane and the Atlantic. This is a world famous game angling resort. The area has superb scenery, and there are many fine beaches in the vicinity. The artist, archaeologist, antiquarian, botanist and the general holiday maker will find numerous attractions to delight them. For the sportsman, angling and shooting are available locally. Waterville is known worldwide for its 18 hole championship golf course, while boat trips are also on offer. There are many scenic drives in the area or you can tour the Ring of Kerry or visit Killarney National Park with its beautiful lakes and mountain scenery.
