This beautiful modern cottage with stunning mountain and sea views, is just a 5 minute drive from Ballybunion with its beaches, Golf course, many pubs, hotels, restaurants and theatre. Immaculately decorated throughout with central heating and a log fire in the sitting room. This is an excellent base for exploring the Dingle Peninsula, Ring of Kerry and the Lakes of Killarney. A 20 minute ferry trip will take you across the Shannon to Co. Clare where you can visit the Cliffs of Moher, The Burren, Ailwee Caves and Bunratty to name just a few.

This charming holiday home nestles on a plateau overlooking the sea in a quiet peaceful area with scenic walks from the doorstep. It has a large fully enclosed garden with patio area to relax and enjoy the wonderful views, or chill out in sun lounge, sip a glass of wine and watch amazing sunsets. Golfing, fishing, surfing are all available locally with horse riding and pony trekking just 300m away. Ballybunion has two Blue Flag beaches, a swimming pool with a children's pool, gym and a fully enclosed playground overlooking the beach. Stroll along safe cliff walks overlooking beautiful sandy beaches, watch the surfers and see the spectacular blowhole, or explore the many caves beneath the cliffs. Siamsa Tire in Tralee is the National Folk Theatre of Ireland and has music, dance, folklore shows several nights a week. The Ring of Kerry, Dingle Peninsula, Crag Caves, Killarney are all easily accessible from the house.
