This lovingly furnished cottage is centrally located just 5 miles outside Killarney, and is perfect for exploring the Ring of Kerry, Dingle Peninsula, Killarney Valley, National Park and 14 miles from Kerry Airport. The welcoming exterior of this country cottage is followed through with a high quality traditional interior, with French doors opening out onto the patio and large garden. An outside picnic area invites eating alfresco on warm summer evenings. Five 18-hole golf courses are within easy reach and fishing, horse riding, cycling, climbing, shooting (in season) and walking are all on offer within 5 miles.

You are located on the footsteps of the Killarney National Park, famous for its lakes and beautiful scenery. In spring and summer, the glacier carved landscape has for centuries entranced artists, writers and photographers with its subtle shifts of light and colour. In autumn, the bright red fruits of the strawberry tree colour the shores of the lakes and add another dimension to this dramatic area. Dingle Peninsula with its archaeological remains and exploring the Ring of Kerry, passing through quiet fishing villages and genteel towns as well as crossing wild mountain scenery is well worth a “spin” as the Irish say. There is also plenty to do in the area for the sporty and adventurous. Five 18-hole golf courses are within easy reach and so are lake, river and sea fishing. Horse riding, cycling, climbing and shooting when in season, serious high level hill walking, as well as leisurely strolls along the valleys are all on offer within ten to fifteen miles.
